Having started my Estate Agency career in Castle Bromwich in 1981, I have seen many changes, both locally and in the housing market in residential sales and lettings. Despite the changes, the fundamental principles have remained the same - at Barratt Last we combine a good local knowledge and a proactive personal service. Outside of work I enjoy watching most sports, especially rugby union, and walking our Labrador ‘Lily’.Director
My career in Estate Agency started circa 1978 for a well-known company and some 44 years later I’m still working in an ever-changing industry. Born and bred in Castle Bromwich, I enjoy working and living in the area although when dealing with several generations of families it does make me feel somewhat ‘old’. My interests outside of Estate Agency include most sports, watching live bands and doing my best to ‘keep fit’.Administrator
Tracy has worked at Barratt Last for over 9 years having previously worked in local estate agency for over 20 years. Living in the local area all her life, there isn’t much that Tracy doesn’t know, and she uses her invaluable knowledge to keep the office administration in shape.Sales Progression Manager
Diane joined us following a 25 year career as a Litigation Paralegal in the City. She previously worked with Martyn some 30 years ago and has brought her experience and local knowledge back to Estate Agency. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, travelling and socialising with friends and family
